Rex Johnson & Sons has a proud history, dating back to the early 1950s when Rex Johnson established the family business in Birmingham.

Over the years, stores were opened in Wolverhampton and Dudley, although today we are concentrated in Corporation Street, right in the heart of Birmingham city centre, and are managed by the third generation of the Johnson family.

We specialise in pre-loved, individual antique and high-end modern jewellery and are nationally recognised as experts in pre-owned watches such as Rolex, Cartier, Omega and Tag Heuer and silverware. We also accept part exchanges for unwanted jewellery and gold.

Every piece of jewellery we sell is unique and bespoke items are beautifully created by our team of skilled craftsmen. We’re rightly proud of our reputation as a trusted family business and our customers trust us to provide the highest standards of service.

As a family business, we are proud to enjoy strong links with a number of locally based charities, including The Gentlemans Night Out, The Albrighton Moat and Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham Charity. We have also supplied exquisite diamond pins and trophies for Midland Diamond Awards, which recognised extraordinary acts of bravery and selflessness.
